GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Our sales come under the present general sales conditions which override all other stipulations coming from the customer whether in writing or not.

1/ The drawing up of the contract
The orders placed through our website bind the customer as soon as the order is acknowledged by e-mail, and the reception of the goods acts as an order notice.

2/ Prices and Shipping costs
The prices on our website are indicative and liable to change at any moment. The prices invoiced are those that are indicated at the time the order is placed. The shipping costs vary according to the destination and weight of the package. The costs are payable to the carrier on delivery.

3/ Delivery and Reception of Goods
All complaints concerning the delivery of the goods or for goods missing must be made to our company, with a copy of the delivery documents, within 48 hours of signing the delivery note. Any late claims cannot in any circumstances be accepted and the customer accepts sole and entire responsibility. The transfer of risks comes into operation as soon as the goods leave our shop. Please allow for between two to four weeks or three to five weeks for special orders for the artist to begin work.

4/ Payment
We accept payment by bankers cards (American Express, Visa and Eurocard Mastercard) or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to “Galerie-Arts”. If payment is made by cheque, goods will not be sent until the cheque has cleared. Credit cards will be debited as soon as the order is received.

5/ Ownership Rights
Galerie-Arts retain ownership rights of the goods until payment is received in full, the customer being obliged to keep the goods in perfect order until payment is made.

6/ Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee.
All goods on the website, and only those goods, benefit from the Satisfaction or Money Back guarantee which lasts for seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the day the goods are received.

Return Conditions: All return deliveries can only be accepted with the previous agreement by our after sales service, who will supply you with an authorisation return number. Contact them by telephone on Monday to Friday from 9h to 12h and from 14h to 18h. The goods must be returned by a carrier complete, in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with insurance covering the value. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not conform to the above mentioned conditions. The return postage must be paid for by the sender.

7/ Jurisdiction
All disputes concerning the execution of the contract between Galerie-Arts and the customer will be settled exclusively by the Tribune de Commerce in Sète.

We cannot be held liable for typing errors.
