| How do you surf the site shop? How do you order ? |
Once in the shop, (after having clicked on The Paintings in the home page) :
• you will see the names of the painters (Cézanne, Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh, De Vinci, etc.) and the Special Offers link appear at the left of the screen. Click on the artist you want or the Special Offers and his paintings or the special offers that we have will appear.
• You can change the number of paintings that you require (the default is 1) in the 
zone.
• Click on the 
button to add this painting to the shopping basket.
• A message will indicate that the painting has been added to the basket.
• You may then choose other paintings and add them to the basket, should you so desire.
• Click on the 
button or the 
button to consult your basket.
• Click on the 
button or the

• Click on 
. Fill out the order form with your personal information.
You may, if necessary, tick the box Deliver to a different address (at the bottom of the screen), then click on to fill out the delivery address form.
• You may now choose either :

| Is the website secure ? |
Yes. Our on-line transactions are secure thanks to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology in partnership with PPG (Pretty Good Privacy), the most widely used encoding program in the world. This ensures that your credit card details cannot be intercepted, stolen or decoded by a third party.
| Are the reproductions painted by hand ? |
Yes. They are painted entirely by hand by one of our artists in their studios. No mechanical methods are used, only the talent of the artist. They are individually painted to order. They are all oil on linen canvas paintings.
| Do you offer a ‘Satisfaction or Money Back’ guarantee ? |
Yes. All the materials used are of the highest quality, which enables us to offer you our Satisfaction or Money Back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your painting return it within seven days and we will reimburse the costs, excluding postage (They must be returned using a Cronopost carrier, with insurance covering the value, and in its original packaging, to our registered office).
| How much does the shipping cost ? |
The shipping costs vary according to the destination and the weight. The amount is payable to the carrier on delivery.
| Is it possible to order a reproduction that is not shown in the gallery ? |
Yes. We can reproduce any painting, whatever the format, to order. Simply contact us giving the artist’s name and the name of the painting you wish us to reproduce. According to law, all our copies are reproduced at a greater or smaller size than the original Master painting.
| What are the delivery terms ? |
Terms: The painting is begun from between two and four weeks from date the order is placed. (For special orders, add an extra week)
| Which countries do you deliver to ? |
We deliver world-wide. We send our canvases through 
carriers.
The painting will be delivered to you and you will pay the shipping costs on delivery to the carrier. The cost depends on the destination and the weight of the package.
Each canvas is wrapped in a solid tube in order to guarantee its safe delivery. Our reproductions are delivered without a frame or stretcher.
| Can I search for a painting with particular characteristics ? |
Yes. Our site shop contains a search engine . Enter the word or words that you are looking for (for example ‘Washington’ if you wish to find paintings whose originals are exhibited in Washington) in the Search Phrase 
zone and click on the 
button (on the right). A list of all the paintings whose description contains the key word or words will appear. You may then click on the desired picture to access the appropriate page.
| Which credit cards do you accept ? |
We accept the American Express, French Carte Bleue, Visa International Card and MasterCard.
| How do I order by post ? |
If you wish to order by post, print and fill out the order form and send it to us by post to:

Our website is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator, versions 4 or later. The Javascript and Cookies functions must be active in your browser in order for the site to function correctly.

| Which screen settings should I use ? |
Our site is designed for using a display of 800x600 pixels. If you use smaller settings (640x480) you should use the horizontal scroll bar. If you use a larger display setting (1024x768) the original page layout may not appear as designed.
| You use cookies on the site. I have been told to beware of these. What are they ? |
We stock information about you on your hard disk in a small text document called a cookie. These keep some of your personnel details so that you won’t have to re-type them on your next visit and also details of your order so that if you abandon an order, you may quickly find all the details on your next visit.
Only information that you select or supply during your visit can be stored in a cookie. By default the Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator browsers are set to accept cookies.
